我看過詳解 它是說如果用MORE是指more number 而不是 more gyrfalcon 我不太了解 為什麼它會知道用GREATER 就是指修飾gyrfalcon呢? 是句意還是文法問題呢?

OG解釋如下：

A, the best choice, uses a singular pronoun, its, to refer to the singular antecedent The gyrfalcon, and it properly uses the construction its numbers are now... greater than. 沒錯是OG題.但是不太懂為何用GREATER 而不用MORE?兩者用法有何差別.

greater than - 大

number 應該是用greater 來修飾比較正確~
