這種選which或Ving的題目我還是常會錯，有沒有人可以分享你們這方面的解題思路

在AT的考試裡, 代名詞 只能 代"名詞",
所以ABC的which 顯然是代替price,

然而在邏輯上, 是價格的上升,(而不是價格本身), makes substituting......
所以只好用分詞的方式來修飾前面的句子!!

就我的經驗來說, 通常用which的比較好, 原因是"Precise",
它的指代關係很明確, 不會有偏差,

相對的, 用分詞時反而會造成歧義,
因為分詞可能是修釋前一句(如本題),
亦有可能只是　分詞代替連接詞的型式!

在AT講究 相對好答案 的前題下, DE反而沒有ABC"明確"的錯誤!

我認為, 若是原題改為 the rising gasoline price當主詞 會更好,
這時候, 用which緊接在後, 就有明確的指代對象了!!
