想請教一下，為什麼D不對?!
我之前一直以為不能用should..所以把a,b,c都刪掉了..
D有平衡而且也沒什麼錯..所以選D

可以麻煩解釋一下嗎?

我想，應該先弄清楚，"should"在怎樣的清況下要省略

(D)中的 be developled and provide不太明確,
這個動詞provide的主詞是誰 不清楚,
若指的是park, 那意思變成是公園會提供多樣的服務??
有改變句意的問題!
應該是公園的開發 會提供多樣的服務!!

另一方面, whether A or B, A or B兩者應是相對的,
be developed 與 be kept in a natural 是很清楚的對等,
若是 be developed and provide 與 bekept in a natural,
provide的加入 讓兩邊的對等關係模糊了!

相對的, (A)(B)(C)用to provide, 或 in order to provide就比較清楚,
不過, 如果(C)可以把in order to改成to, 會少掉wordy的缺點!
