兒文中的意思是"除非移植是發生在twins之間,否則接受移植的病人都要吃antirejection.(表條件)
若用besides則變成, 除了發生在twins之間的移植外,接受移植的病人都要吃antirejection(表例外)這樣就是>>""病人""都要吃antirejection,而發生在twins之間的""移植""則不用吃. 不能拿人和移植比
