因為前兩句已經解釋了一種generalization ....看後面那些字應該可以感覺的出來是要繼續解釋下去，這麼多字有兩組主詞和動詞，最好就是打的分號後才好解釋。
不然再怎麼寫下去都很錯亂...
(B) 的 with , with who/what? 而且who也不對，為什麼"特別"是不願意起訴copyright犯罪的檢察官哩？
(C) 已經是流水句了，while我個人覺得沒有那麼critical ，但是稍微留意一下misdemeanor以經是輕的罪，按前面兩句已經是gerneralization，突然這裡又帶一個while有點條件的關係，我是覺得有小小不妥。
