通常是 more.....than......

more 有時不一定是搭配 than..，除非兩事件、兩物..等的對比
在這裡 more 用來修飾 delays.. 沒什麼不好
題目說航空的班次劇增，航館系統上出現clog現象，導至增加了55% flights delay，要表明增加，more 比 increase in 來的好
