這題還蠻怪的！
找不到答案，總覺得整句的文法結構也不太正確~

name 之後來個 as 或是 for 會感覺好些~

答案也怪~~
assign 之後要表達做什麼事情，用to比較恰當 可選(a) 和(e)

至於（a)(e)決選於 they or it ，明顯應該是 it，因為前面不可能指experts (非句子的主軸)
答案找出來為(e) 但代回句中，結果仍是怪怪的~

總覺得(E)答案若是 that it was assigned to do 會合理些(用被動)，其中that是關代N ( N of ....that )
但(e)既沒有that 又沒有被動…???

至於it 指誰~~~應該是chairperson
指出 chairperson被分配去做的工作

總之~還是怪怪的~
