問一下插入句後面的逗號算不算數？ 各位大大幫個忙吧

看到S1+V1+O, 插入句, and S2+V2+O.
請問一下,這樣對嗎？插入句後面的逗號算是真正的逗號嗎？ 可以加上第二個主詞嗎？

還是只能S+V1+O,插入句,and V2+O.

我舉例ｐｐ裡的；

The computer company annouced that it would cut 10 percent of its workload , more than 2000 jobs , and it expected to report a loss in its third quarter.


在上句有錯嗎？
在 jobs , and it expected to----中的“it“主詞可以有嗎？
我知道因為it跟the computer compnay是指同一個主詞,所以可省略,比較簡潔
但是如果第二個主詞不是computer company,是另一個主詞,那就不可省略,但是如果是這樣,變成就是我說的 S1+V+O,apposition, and S2+V+O. 這樣對嗎？

more than 2,000 jobs 是訊息的補充，可有可無的，所以要用”，”包起來，以與句子區隔．

因為這句子是很單純的 S + announce that clause，而在 that clause 的 it 都是指 the computer company，所以第二個 it 可以省略．

但在這句子中，it 都是指 the computer company，不論是由句意來看，或是文法上來看，後者是因為一個句子的一種代名詞只能指涉一種東西，除非你換成另一個代名詞或其他的．

不過，因為GMAT SC 的文法較嚴謹，而且句子不長（與 RC or CR 相較），所以一般很少換主詞．或許會由其他句型出現吧～如 S1 + V1; S2 + V2.
