我對答案沒什麼意見.但對於解釋有疑問.想請問這裡的修飾語誤置是什麼意思?正確的修飾語又是如何?不能解釋為所有格的用法嗎?

也就是neither nor, either or 等句型出現時，主動詞一致的動詞要跟著最近的(that of Hilter)

但我不懂的是-因為of the Russian winter無法修飾the crushing force,可以解釋是什麼意思嗎?也就是C的錯誤是如何分辨呢?
