解釋可能沒看懂
印象裡有講到direct直接
在第11版裡歸做rheotic construction(不知有沒拼錯)
很簡單
動作比狀態direct
最簡潔的語句是一個主辭去執行一個動作
C是一個動作 執行主軸語調一貫
B是一個狀態
且because S+V又比because of N直接
因為because後子句有動作
because of 沒有動作 而是在講一個狀態
另外主辭執行動作有強調語氣
because沒有
XXX because...還會造成主軸主辭移轉
roundabout, awkward, and unnecessarily wordy
