(C)overlooking--->是省略形容詞子句,還是省略副詞子句,亦或是分詞代替連結詞
another one---->one是指誰 forces 還是 disaster

(D)cousing---->分詞有包含動作持續進行的意思,如果這裡持續造成有點可怕吧
repeated---->這個字是要能夠被做的被執行的,但用在這裡意思不對

(E)without considering that the forces that caused the disaster could also cause another such disester

(D)主要是說force可以被repeat

(E)說force可能引起另一場disaster

重點在於force可能引起另一場新災難，而不是repeat

因為repeat不代表會引起同樣嚴重的災難，所以D不清楚

E把疏忽的事情描述清楚

所以E對

I think "overlooking" is a dangling modifier as it cannot logically modifiy "response" or "site".

Does anyone agree with me.
