相較於CD這一題討論了快十餘頁
這邊好像還沒有定案

雖然第二段一開始就出現了However,
但徐天后說過，however 帶進的可能是態度or idea的改變
所以此篇however後面並無出現負面字眼
只是再提一個論點或許有可能影響到plans 和 firm的adherence
所以however後面,只是一個idea的改變
選項(D)中的qualify是一個負面字眼，感覺好像否定了第一段的說法
所以我覺得應該不能選（D）

不知道小妹的理解有沒有錯誤

看了半天...又上CD網站上...看了一堆人不知道在說什麼...受不了了...乾脆自己破解...這篇目前有爭議的我看也只有23題吧....很多人解釋了半天...也不去理解整篇文章的目的...只會用考試技巧...真是的...這就是我很不喜歡上徐老師課的原因....講太快但是廢話太多....不像莫老師雖然很慢但會留時間讓人思考.....
23題答案絕對是D....非常不認同chenfruit對qualify的解釋.....
那個不是什麼具有資格...或是修正的意思....在答案D是限定的意思...就像徐文意講的...他說是負面屬性的....但我認為還好....在本篇文章是說明第一段多人決策會增加企業組織堅守商業計畫的可能性...但在第二段深入說明限定在發展策略下....
今天比較沒空...等有空時我再把整篇文章破解大意PO出來

第一段,提出一種解釋,緊接著第二段再繼續的深入說明前一段所說的top management decision-sharing and adherence to plans兩者間的關係可能受到公司的strategy 影響,接著再延伸這兩個strategy
至於E說:在解釋有關這二種strategy不同!!!(有嗎???來亂的哦~文章如下並沒有解釋不同)

其實我覺得就如liwuu大大所說的:要去去揣摩作者寫這篇文章的心情,而不是看到一些轉折字眼或考試的小技巧而扭曲了原文的意思….

理由:
第二段首句開始用了However=>代表idea上的轉變,進一部說明
top mgt decision-sharing與adherence to plans之間的關係
不是只有第一段說明的如此單純,反而會受到firm’s strategic mission
的影響.
接下來才開始繼續說明build strategies與harvest strategies的相異點
與影響mgt與adherence to plans之間的關係

因此在(B)與(D)答案中選一個:
(B)refute ==> 否定語氣太強(而且讀完第二段後,感覺不是去否定第一段的結論)
(D)qulify ==> 否定語氣較弱,也就是稍微削弱第一段的結論(但不是否定), 正確答案

至於(E), 第二段開頭第一句根本沒解釋啥, 超怪的

因為D(Line6-16)當中就已經談到高階管理決策有兩種,所以To qualify an assertion 是錯的

E第二段開始解釋這兩種決策背後的決策任務,一個是開創策略,另一個是收穫(守成)策略

第 23題我的答案是 D
思路如下：
第一段講一個原因。第二段又講了一個新的原因。

(A) 不對，沒有回答到第一段第一句的問題
(B) 保留。
(C) 不對 ，不是support。(前面大大也說過了)
(D) 保留。
(E) 不對，這裡的功能是引進新觀念，有一點承先啟後的味道。而不是在講兩種 strategy 的差異

(B) 和 (D) 很迷惑，我覺得(D)比較好是因為(D) 使用了likelihood 的概念，也就是作者語氣沒有那麼強。

看完文章，作者應該不反對(refute) 第一段所提到的影響因素(decision sharing)。只是作者認為strategy mission較能更進一步解釋現象。
如果作者反對，他第二段就不會繼續探討decision sharing和 harvest strategy間的關係

另外(B) 語氣比較強，先用了refute，又用了whether(言下之意answer只有yes or no，沒有模糊空間)。
(D)語氣比較軟一點，也較符合作者態度。
