裡面有幾個句子看不太懂
麻煩大大幫我翻譯一下

differs little = 幾乎沒有差別
adds little = 幾乎沒有增加
i.e. 性別歧視在白人和黑人之間幾乎沒有差別.因此,在目前的性別歧視的效應之外,種族歧視幾乎不見效果.
