不知道這一題大夥有沒有問題，但我發現只有C的deficiency可以對映到文章的 underestimate，所以選C

我覺得文章的確有講到女性在政治上的影響力，但文章主要目的並沒有要去TRACE這件事，只是用這一點來補充第一段講到兩個研究sources不同所造成的結果。
