D是說 Several employees 不是全部，each也只是說Several employees裡面的each，如果Several只有5個，對整體也沒啥影響喔~

本來對OG B的選項看不懂
this choice tends to overstate the number of job-related accidents.

原來是P公司把很多種意外都歸類為job-related,事實上並沒有,所以才能weaken
