我的理解如下:

現代家羊透過selective breeding 已經不像古代家羊了,
archaeologist要透過研究wild mouflon sheep了解古代家羊的前提是
(D) Mouflon sheep are more similar to their forebears(指古代從家裡逃出的羊) of 8,000 years ago than modern domesticated sheep are to theirs.
這樣一來才值得研究嘛^^


選項(A)古代家羊和古代野生羊很不相同
hmm...這應該跟assumption沒關係
且題目已交代了他們的關係為 "are direct descendants of sheep that escaped from domestication"
