我覺得恐怕還是句意理解的問題
原句是說，some sales companies thought that they can increase the sales of the personal computers by persuading their customers that the PCs are userfriendly, however, they miss the point that ...................
言下之意表示，顧客有別的看法
原題還用了whether，可見是講一個idea that might be prior to the userfriendly, whether we have other possibilities or reasons to justify the buying behaviors.

我覺得C也可
當然E似乎是很明顯
但如C所言
若目前電腦已經很好用了
則公司在elevated quality也是多餘的
所以想請教一下

我想C的角度是從市場上現有model的角度出發, 如果現有model都足夠user-friendly, 銷售團隊主攻user-friendliness這個銷售訴求點其實就是正確的, 因為說明這是主流市場需求, 而這跟題目論點 "This emphasis is oddly premature and irrelevant in the eyes of most potential buyers" 卻相背離....
