我覺得 (B) 是 support 也!
工資本來就太高,所以即使不變,它還是太高啊!當然失業率上升.所以調降工資讓企業願意用人,失業率就 no longer increase 啦! 這不是 support 嗎? 注意題目不是假設語氣,調降工資根本還未實施. 1960的工資水準是依照"舊"的規定.

(E) 不降工資,失業率也會下降,不就弱化了"降工資,失業率不上升"嗎? 即使失業率只偶然小小的降了一下(e.g.用人孔急企業不得不屈就),那也絕不是降工資造成的吧?更證明"降工資,失業率不上升"是胡扯,不是嗎?
