我覺得C也可以耶～若取非的話， foreign-made parts跟Clark brand-name parts 一樣符合政府的標準，那選C牌比較好的結論不就不成立了??

原文說買外國零件可能會買到爛貨，因為從外表看不出好壞，也就是有的好有的壞，買到爛貨才需要C花大錢修理，
C. no foreign-made parts satisfy，也就是說所有外國零件都是爛貨，太過武斷，因為雖然是toughest test，但外國零件如果不是爛貨的或許可以通過。

一點想法，有錯還請指證。

順便請教，請問什麼是"取非"啊？
