因為多錄取了很多人,所以他沒有師資短缺的疑慮
如果收到多40%的申請教職的申請表,一開頭就跟你說申請教職的人比往年少5.8 ,5.9%

句意看起來是泛指.好像是說整體大環境在增加.後面又提到Newtown dose not face a teacher shortage in the late 1990’s所以我就下意識地去找類似"整體環境缺乏，Newtown卻不缺乏，必然是因為Newtown與大環境有著不協調的狀況發生，換句話說就是大環境缺老師，Newtown卻因為某種原因不缺老師"這樣的想法句解這題的...請指教...
