這題看了兩篇才確定~~從答案中…文章provide了什麼資訊…

應該是針對第一句來找到答案的：Transnational cooperation among corporations is experiencing a modest renaissance among United States

modest renaissance 的概念就和(c)的說法是一樣的：過去曾經很盛行(very common)…但後來不common了，而modest剛好杵在中間，所以過去more...而且less 的說法是正確滴！

白話一點就是：跨國公司感受到稍微再復興(modest renaissance)了 (亦指 過去曾復興過(盛行過)，而且曾not common過)
