要用過才會發現沒有用
(愛亂買東西的人一定很有感覺)

(B)根本不會去買，買了也不用

注意選項是要接在Thus, the loss to the industry is much smaller than estimated because 的後面，所以(B)比較好

我當初也是在(A) (B)兩者中間 想了很久 覺得兩個選項意思相當接近
好像都是對copied的沒興趣

只是對(B)的意思有點不大清楚 (B)是指即使只有透過買盜版的方法才能得到 他
們還是不會買嗎? (感覺好怪喔)

我的想法是：A，B是指不同的族群

A:many users who illegally copy programs never find any use for them 其實只是把原文這句話：Most of the illegal copying is done by people with no serious interest in the programs 再說一遍而己

比起B：most of the illegally copied programs would not be purchased even if purchasing them were the only way to obtain them 說的是使用者（非製造者）想買也買不到更能有力的說明為什麼 the loss of industry is much smaller than estimated.

這一題在OG 11TH 43題中出現,在此引述OG的說法,由於Business value loss的計算應該以sales lost作為計算所以
(a) 消費者發現盜版沒有用處,但卻不能解釋business loss small的原因
(b)因為這些盜版的人,就算是購買軟體是唯一的取得途徑,他們也不會去買
企業損失起源於本來會買的潛在消費者,盜版之後,就不買正版了
表示這些盜版的人,本來就不屬於潛在消費者,所以他們本來就不會買,也 不構成 business loss
(c)financial difficaulty是另外一件事情,不能解釋business loss
(d)total revenue of ther computer industry超過討論範圍,現在是討論 program revenue loss這件事情
(e)錯誤比較,因為損失,是一種事實的概念,應該跟現在已發生的事情來比,不能與 program available for sale 來比

我本來也是選(A)，我的想法是:
(A) many users who illegally copy programs never find any use for them

這些使用盜版的users發現這個軟體對他們根本就沒有用處，因此這些user在沒有盜版存在的情況之下，也不會去購買正版(因為他們對這個program沒興趣)，所以我就認為這些user本來就不是這個program的消費者，所以 loses of the computer industry有被exaggerate，因此真正的loses應該small，故我認為(A)選項可以作為 lose is small的原因

但是後來再仔細想想:
users要經過使用才知道program對users有沒有用處(不用怎知道有沒有useful)，若沒有盜版存在，這些users必須要購買正版才可以使用program進而才知道該program對他們是否useful? 那這樣的話，loses of the computer industry就不會quite small了
