我先大略翻譯一下題目

這兩個新進員工的薪水，和一般被指派處理簡單事情的新進員工薪水相比，太高了；同時這兩個新進員工的職責，對於沒有經驗的人來說，也太複雜了。
所以 [這兩個新進員工的薪水和職責複雜度都要降低。]

B的意思是說，指派給這兩個新進員工的複雜任務，其薪支，比其他接受複雜任務的新進員工的薪支要高。 也就是說，同樣是接受複雜任務、同樣是新人，他們兩人領的比別的新人多。

這題考assumption

如果新人有經驗處理複雜事務為什麼薪水要降低？
