想了很久,本題的conslusion我把他拆成三部份來看
1. for a given level of output 在同樣的output前題下
2. Delta’s operation now causes less fossil fuel to be consumed than it did formerly. d公司營運所消耗的fuel比以前少

以上兩點是沒劃線的部份,但是中間還少講了一點
3.Delta products, Inc., has recently switched at least partly from older technologies using fossil fuels to new technologies powered by electricity. d公司最近部份把舊tech換成成新tech,-->此為第一個bf

也就是說 整篇aurgment的結論就是
1.在同樣的output前題下
2.d公司最近部份把舊tech換成成新tech
3.d公司營運所消耗的fuel比以前少

而第二點不就是identifies the content of the conclusion of the argument嗎
因此我支持(a)

conclusion不就剛好是沒有畫線的部分嗎？

我比較白吃，都用關鍵字來做題

since+原因, 結論

所以前面那句是結論 The answer, clearly, is yes, [雖然很短，但是他真的是結論]

再往前看一句，發現有concluded that__________ [前面加whether這一句的功能是要我們判斷conclude內容是否為真]

所以我更確定答案是E了
