Anyone tells me why the answer "D" is wrong ? ....It's possible that their employee won't have higher cholesterol levels than Garnet's employees (ex. such as.....the propotion of employee's age at RenCo. is tend to have more young ppl etc.)

Garnet forcuses on saving money becuase it's possible to cost more money if high cholesterol left untreated for many years leads to conditions that require very expensive treatment
This question assumet that company's employee will stay in this company for a long time.
Thus E is correct.
It's not necessary for Renco to take this policy because it cancel the assumption.

D doesn't mention any point which weak the assumption or something.

D也是提供了一個 理由 告知R公司可以不用該政策呀

還是說 因為 E比較緊扣原題 談到時間 比D更好
如果沒有E 是不是就選D呢?

本題所要強調的是上面紅字的
就是RenCo並沒有相同的財務誘因去採用這個政策
why? 因為它的員工平均流動率比Garnet高..那RenCo花這錢幹麻?
幫員工保了...結果他...兩天就離職....浪費錢
要時間長才會見效
(D)雖然也可以使Renco沒有誘因去採行該政策, 但題目說道Garnet是因為
如果高膽固醇不治療多年以後, 將會使公司花費更大的錢,
所以關鍵在於時間
