我覺得D只是另一個攻擊Roger的論點，但並不能幫助Gloria反擊Roger批評她的論點illogical
Gloria的論點係選擇buy bottled water而不喝當地水的人並沒有因此而exempt from tax-->暗示讀私立學校的人也不可以享有tax credit
Roger認為Gloria 的論點illogical的原因係children are required by law to attend school, 沒有選擇-->暗示buy bottled water係個人的選擇..
所以A係Gloria最好的反擊
如果這題僅是weaken Roger的論點，D應該可以巴..
