大致上都能瞭解, 有一點不解的是...successful product liability suits是指 manufacture勝訴, 還是 consumer 勝訴呢?
如果是manufacture勝訴, A的選項就沒問題了...

但如果是consumer 勝訴, A選項就不行解釋了吧...因為有很多的unsuccessful suits, 所以businesses不用負擔damage,

請問的的思路有錯嗎? 因為我再怎麼看, 都覺得這裡的 successful product liability suits是指 consumer 勝訴

successful product liability suits是指 consumer 勝訴=>沒錯
因為即使訴訟沒成功，公司還是要負擔律師費用，
所以即使訴訟成功案件一樣，damage金額差不多，訴訟不成功的案件增加對公司來說仍是很大負擔
