I choose B but the answer is D.
I can't figure it out even though it looks simple.

首先題目要的是weaken最後一句話...
也就是說雖然switch back to oil要花錢...但是人們還是會換回heat with oil...

d明確說明換回oil的設備成本下降...並且oil使用成本也比gas的低
明確削弱了文章最後一句話...所以選d

至於b說oil使用成本不變,gas使用成本上漲,並沒有d來的好因為他沒考慮到switch back的設備成本...如果說gas使用成本上升幅度仍小於換回oil的設備成本...那大家還是會用gas...因此沒weaken (H)
