I've actually been an interviewer for my (MBA) school and I think the key to doing well in your interview is to practice practice practice!
When we were in school and interviewing for jobs, each person must have gone through at least 10+ mock interviews. However, you must make sure that the person you are interviewing with is an English speaker so that they can point out your mistakes and offer constructive advice.
Another thing - make sure you "drive" the interview. If you wait for the interviewer to give you questions, you are letting them control the interview.
I mocked interviewed some of my friends and both got into top 5 MBAs:)
If you have questions, feel free to contact me. I prefer English but can also read and speak Chinese. Good Luck!
