收到reject信是不是就表示完全沒希望了
還是可以打電話去問個詳細原因呢!

The MS in Finance admissions committee has carefully evaluated your
application. I am sorry to advise you that the committee's decision
was not
to offer you admission to the MS in Finance Program for the Fall 2006
semester. Please be assured that your application received thorough
consideration.

The admissions committee has had difficult decisions to make. The
committee
certainly feels that you have attributes which would contribute much to
our
program and to your success as a manager. However, other applicants
have
presented stronger credentials and were, therefore, accepted.

If your GMAT or TOEFL scores were low, you may wish to retake the
exams. We
consider the highest score of multiple reports. You may request, in
writing, an update of your application if you have additional grades,
new
score reports, or other pertinent information.

We do appreciate your interest in our program and are sorry to
disappoint
you. We hope that you will do well in your future endeavors.

一封相當官方語言的拒絕信，什麼理由都沒說，收到拒絕信基本上就是被判
出局了，如果想了解真實原因，可以發個mail去問問
