今天收到這封信
Thank you for submitting an application to the Boston University School of Management. The Admission Committee recently completed its review of your application and an official letter was sent today to notify you of your decision.

For security reasons, we may not provide you with a decision via phone or email. If you have not received a letter within four (4) weeks, please contact us.

請問伸請ROUND 1的人 ,收到這封信是意謂我被拒絕或放在WAITING LIST了嗎,謝謝!!!

I assume you receive the "letter" by e-mail. It just tells you that the Adcom made a decision, and the decision is sent to you by regular postal mail. They won't and can't tell you the decision by phone or e-mail, even if you contact Adcom and ask. You will know your fate when you receive the regular mail. It doesn't say whether you are accepted, wait-listed, or rejected. Hope this helps.
