請教各位大大.下面是我再寫Uof M ( Carlson) recommendation , 其中的一題.卡在這個creativity and independence in thinking.
請問有那類的例子算 creativity and independece in thinking
我是很愛解決問題, and 將問題融入系統. or 將系統中的壞元素剷除.


To what extent does the applicant demonstrate creative and independence in thinking? Describe a situation that had demonstrated this.

不太懂你是在寫 essay還是在寫 recommendation，不同的材料有不同的寫法。如果是 essay的話，最好是有一個concreat的例子，好比說是解決問題的話，最好把前因後果寫出來。如果是推薦信的話，那就是舉出一個或多個貢獻，簡單敘述就好了。你上面說的解決問題，融入系統或是剷除壞元素都很好，只要有實際可以support這方面的例子都可以。

個人意見，歡迎其他人提供更好的說明。

可愛萍提出了問題處理的模式
跟創意與獨立思考是看起來很像但不一樣的東西
系統除錯主要是problem shooting
嚴格說來跟創意相關性不大
但有一定程度的獨立處理問題能力

創意要看獨特性與impact的深廣程度
獨立思考是要看在思考的邏輯中是否能萬丈高樓平地起
從無到有的各個邏輯都獨立貫串
看有沒有實例能夠展現無疆界式的創意
又能同時展現前後邏輯是獨自完成

推薦人都太忙, so 叫我自己寫. 現在就卡在這個creativity and independence in thinking 的題目.
Describe a situation that had demonstrated this.
我是超independence in thinking. 我家就我一個人講三國語言,老板丟問題我就去解決,兩岸三地( China + Taiwan) , 三不五時我家美國辦也來插花.前陣子又不小心design in 和以色列客戶的project so 換中東搞上.
好啦回歸正題, 在推荐函上要如何寫一題.懇求各位給點意見 . Thanks a lot.

就找個最creative的寫
最好是突破貫性思考的創舉之類
從問題源頭到分析替代方案到創意執行
以老闆立場跟語氣擬稿就行
