W/E >5 years (0.8 year in telecom company, 4.5 years in corporate finance)

小妹來分享一下一點點心得...
面試是跟一位叫Ed的校友,約在Ed公司附近的starbucks面試
問題大致如下:
why MBA, career goals and why Anderson,
在工作上或生活上遇到的一個困難and what I have learned from it
why my short term goal, any specific reasons
過程中,問了些較detail的問題
intern 及AMR program打算找哪方面的工作或公司
talk about yourself, your hobbies

之前在MBA information session有見過Ed,感覺上是各專業的interviewer,人也挺nice的
問問題時,Ed會邊作筆記,
整各interview過程不長,約20分鐘(不含Q&A),問題也不算多,但從問題裡即可得知interviewee的personality
整各申請過程中,不論是essays或是面試,都可以看出UCLA著重於applicants的personality


申請MBA是各辛苦而漫長的過程,包括AT及托福(都考了好幾次)
接下來的essay,是非常重要的,建議可以多請校友或同學等幫忙check
在等待面試的同時,即可著手準備interview相關事宜
可以的話,找朋友或同學練習
practice, practice, and practice

finally, always stick to the decisions you make
