一個有關U of Georgia申請文件的疑問: 如何證明所就讀的學校為Recognized Institution

您好，

我已將UGA的申請文件送出，
不過，
對於其中的一項說明不太清楚，
說明如下：

Country-Specific Academic Credentials and Requirements for Admission to the University of Georgia

The following terminology is used in this section and holds the meaning described below:

Academic Transcript: ....

Proof of Degree: ...

Recognized Institution: Higher-level educational institution that is recognized in the country by the appropriate government agency or accrediting agency as is approved to award degrees.

Issuing Institution: This terminology means that the records must show that they were prepared by the educational institution where the degree and coursework were earned.

我不太確定這裡所謂recognized institution要如何處理，
我把它解讀成我所就讀的學校是一個為教育部所承認的大學（我的學校前面都有National ...）
我需要提出什麼證明嗎？
如果需要的話，
我該怎麼作呢？

是否有人可以幫幫我？

我之前申請UC的學校也有這種困擾，我是某國立科大二技畢業的，應該還
算OK啊！
學校也叫我提出證明，後來我去教育部技職司申請了一份文件，就是一張信紙而已。

To whom it may concern：

This is to verify that XXXX is accredited university in Taiwan.
The university provides two-year completion programs for the bachelor's degree. The two-year completion program accepts gradustes from two- or five -year junior college programs.

Students gradusted with a bachelor's degree can futher their studies for a master's degree.
