請問幾個申請的問題(uiuc,osu)

1.一定要用打字填表嗎? 我被acrobat搞的有點頭大
大部份的表沒有問題 但是填UIUC的時候真不知道怎麼填耶
要一個一個打進方格裡嗎? 如果我用手寫會有什麼影響嗎?

2.OSU要求成績單要有course description or syllubus.
內容要有how many weeks and how many hours per week
連實習課數都要列(會計 經濟等等) 可是台大的成績單只有列科目
和學分數啊 這要怎麼辦呢? 難不成自己打嗎@@
而且不只OSU,U of Michigan也要

3.OSU要求course by course evaluation
有人申請過了嗎,我今天才把成績單寄到wes,( www.wes.org )
是不是只有osu要這東西呢? 這東西是一定要的嗎?

4.關於推薦信,下面要讓老師寫的部分,我先幫他把一些基本資料
打好了,可是老師是要手填的,這樣有影響嗎?
