成績單寄送的問題

小弟今年申請UCLA的秋季班
其中成績單寄發資訊如下：
Transcripts
Two official copies of your transcripts may be sent directly from the registrars of the academic institutions you have attended (beyond secondary school), or you may request official copies and send them yourself to the academic department to which you are applying.

If you are a university/college senior, do not wait for senior-year grades before submitting your application and transcript.

UCLA undergraduates please note: You do NOT have to submit official copies of UCLA transcripts.

這代表我只要寄出二份英文成績單就行了嗎？還要英文學位證明書、英文名次證明書、中文名次證明書、中文成績單、中文學校證明書嗎？
總而言之，所謂的transcripts是只意謂英文成績單嗎？

了解，我後來的原則是英文成績單、英文學位證明書、英文名次證明書這三樣，除非有特別規定要附上中文成績單。
對了，想再問一下英文成績單要申請的是用A、B、..來評分的，還是一般大數數字來評分的？？
