各位水水大大，
我要向EMU (Eastern Michigan University)提出TESOL申請，申請說明說要寄Toefl 的成績－－－must be sent by the testing service to the University directly---因為我是去年考的，要如何請單位補寄成績單呢？
另外，如果剛好有認識EMU的教授，推薦信能不能請他寫？
