At this point I am sure you are aware that we have been experiencing some significant delays with our online application. Due to a tremendous amount of user traffic in the last 48 hours our system has been significantly slowed in its ability to process all the demands of such high user volume. We have been working closely with our external vendor but we have not to this point been able to decrease the response time to an adequate performance level. Therefore, we have decided to extend our second round deadline to Wednesday, January 12th (12:00 PM CST) .
