關於財力證明

想請教各位一下
財力證明的部份
是不是有些學校並不一定要求在APPLICATION時附上

因為我看到UConn好像說等ADMIT後
再附上給學校, 然後學校才會發簽證相關文件的樣子
如文
International students who are admitted to the UConn School of Business must
complete a financial declaration in order to demonstrate that they have adequate funds
to meet all the expenses for one year of study at UConn and estimated support for
future years of study. Up-to-date original supporting documentation, such as bank
statements and affidavits of support, must accompany the financial declaration. If
adequate funds are demonstrated, then the university will issue the student an I-20 visa
eligibility form.

而TEXAS A&M好像就找不到那個FORM
