圖表佔空間
essay的主要意義就是文字陳述
可以用一些bullet point
用圖表會有風險
有些adcom看到格式不符
會直接以不具參考效力而拒絕閱讀

我想圖表不是不行，可以以附件的方式加在文章尾端，

essay這個字並沒有以文字陳述的限制意義，圖表也可以是陳述的一部份，

只要沒有超過學校限制的字數頁數，寫的出個人風格就是一篇好的essay。

PS 附件通常不包含在頁數限制中，頁數限制通常專指文字部份而言。

有些用圖表可以比文字更明確的表達
也有些加分效益
adcom也會有取捨看或不看

可是我是用在additional essy
正規的題目我還是用一般的格式寫

My take is to not use graph or pictures at all. I have never heard people successfully pull it off... I was even told by my editor that bullet point disrupt the flow of your essay. I would assume graph or pictures would have similiar effect.

graph and pix may sometimes work on critical situations
