大家好，小弟是打算申請後年的MBA，今年很幸運的當上了"極小的主管職 "。對大學新鮮人來說算是很不賴的，那麼我要在我的RESUME上寫下關於我的工作經驗和職稱，我的職位是在做現場主管，而這份工作既不像是Manager也非Execute，是有點類似工廠的領班，管理每日產能，在公司和客戶間協調。請問我該用怎樣的title來形容我的職稱呢?

What is your title in Chinese?

You can try something like "Group Leader", but you should use the official (company) translation of your Chinese title instead of making one up.
