哈, 水手, 不是Emory比較喜歡female, 是female比male要喜歡Emory吧... :PP

Emory 在過去幾年發給台灣學生的offer中男生跟女生的比例是差不多的喲.

loony & Raffaello, congratulations on finishing your interviews! Way to go! Anne是個很nice的人. She's also our academic advisor所以有什麼academic相關的問題找她就對了.

To other prospective students, you are more than welcome to schedule informational interviews with anyone of us if you have interviews coming and / or have any questions. We might not know every interviewer (we have new staff in the Admissions office) but would love to share with you our experiences.

Just so you know we are heading towards our finals and also there will be a Thanksgiving break next week, so we might be slow in responding. We do apologize if that happens and we will try our best to get back to you as soon as we can!

To sweetymanman:
My main reason to apply for Emory is their one-year program. It's a nice option and very few business schools provide it. Other common reasons include: Atlanta as a fast-growing city, boutique school, leadership development...etc

To 陳鵬文:
Emory not only has the cool orientation, but also the extremely exciting skydiving activity!

不過我也無法再加油啦~~面試都面完了...我的分數擺明又比Emory的average低
所以我並不敢抱太大期望!!!

不好意思打擾三位相認不過according to my observation 世界還真小
每次info session看到的都是國中高中隔壁班或同個大學的怎麼身邊都圍繞著同一群人(我想別人心中也一定在嘀咕著相同的事)

As for Emory application, I received a mail two weeks ago that my application was complete and it may take another 4 to 8 weeks to review my material, so they ask me not to contact them during this period. As the decision deadline is January 1st ,2007 I am starting to get nervous. How come there is no invitation to interview neither denial. What should I do to strengthen my candadicy If I just can not go to the school for an in person interview before that decision date? Shall I ask for a postponement of my interview or just keep waiting here?

It has been two weeks since you completed your application right? My understanding is that you should be fine... I don't quite remember the whole process though. Let me ask some of our other students and get back to you. Hang in there.

Hi,

according to my experience, the decision deadline is for those who have completed the interview. Your application process will not be considered complete until you finish the interview. So, it is normal that you receive interview invitation after the decision deadline of your round. I remeber last year I submitted before Dec 15 but was not interviewed until end of Jan. Also, the admission staff will visit Taiwan in Feb, it is possible that most of the prospective students will be interviewed then. Don't worry about the deadline and good luck :)
