Hi, I would like to throw my 2 cents onto the table.
1. The Anderson school at UCLA is well respected. If you career plan is to stay in West coast and Finance industry, it is an unbeatable choice.
2. I have stayed in US for around 3 years and am pretty sure you can't go wrong with either Duke or UCLA. Having said that, I mean both schools should be able to open equal opportunities for you for the post-graduate career development.
So the decision boils down to what your career plan is. From my observations, a lot of Taiwanese applicants emphasize too much on rankings. And there is nothing wrong with that if people don't have too much information in terms of school selection. However, my humble recommendation is that you should go behind the rankings and find out which place suites you the best. After all, MBA could be one of the biggest investments in your life.
So my point is that you should consider the following factors as long as the schools are in the same range.
1. Industry you would like to pursue for
2. Location (West coast vs. East coast, LA City vs. Durham....)
3. Class mix and atmosphere
As I know, UCLA is a finance-oriented school. Its class mix is pretty heavily composed of people from IB/Consulting/Banking/Accounting industries. I say this based on the class visit, interview process, BW data and information I gain during my stay in L.A. Hope this helps.

Disclaimer: I was accepted to UCLA, but chose a different school based on personal considerations.
