台灣學生在Haas一項是大眾，若統計今年一年級current student的undergraduate背景，就會發現NTU竟然排在Stanford以及UC Berkeley之後成為全Haas第三大（真是台灣之光啊！）

這表示雖然申請Haas的台灣人多，但是錄取的人也多
當然相對可能擠掉一些大陸名額
今年就只有二個大陸來的
所以大家機會還是很大啦，Haas還蠻喜歡台灣人的
因為台灣同學在Haas都很活躍，很積極參於活動，幫學校辦活動

記得開學時宣布NTU是第三大錄取學校
很多外國同學都不可思議，當然也有人沒聽過NTU
不過確確實實也幫台灣打響在Haas的名號
雖然我不是NTU，不過我也很感動，很驕傲的能成為Haas台灣community的一份子
我也希望更多台灣人能加入這個大家庭
我們一起努力，讓外國人驚訝我們的表現

Rashell Young completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at UC Berkeley and is currently a dual degree MBA/MPH candidate for 2005. While her background is in litigation consulting, she is currently leveraging her interest in business issues surrounding disease management to pave the way to a career in healthcare. At Berkeley, Rashell is a mentor for Young Entrepreneurs at Haas (YEAH), a campus program that works with at risk youth.

She is also a member of the Healthcare Club, President of the Black Business Students' Association, and a Haas Student Ambassador. Outside of Haas she sits on the Advisory Board for the Charlotte Maxwell Complementary Clinic, a non-profit organization serving low-income women diagnosed with cancer.

跟大家分享一下今天與Rashell Young面試的經驗...

Rachell Young大學是唸心理系的,所以比較會衍生出一些"動機性"的問題!
她是個非常有氣質的黑美女, 人非常的nice and friendly...
是那種會吸引你很想去念Berkeley的人 ;))

The interview last for about 50 min
(the last 10 min was for Q&A)

以下問題沒有完全按照順序...
1.go through the resume
2.describe your current job
3.why MBA? why Berkeley?
4.short and long term career goals
5.what prompts you to go for the career goal?
6.leadership experience
有些問題是從我答案中再衍生出來的問題...

整體而言,並沒有太特別的問題!
只有一題:台北有什麼地方很棒但大多數旅客都不知道的?
(可能是為了她自己明天要sightseeing而問的吧 :PP

)

最後想請問有人知道她的e-mail address嗎???
她沒有給我名片,我想寫個感謝信給她....
