推薦信相關問題請教前輩們... <急>@@

不知道大家有沒有遇過跟我相同的問題
因為我最近請我的推薦人加簽了幾封推薦信
(之前已經有寫過了,所以我寄給他請他幫我填寫form+同樣的letter簽名)
然後收到之後,
發現推薦人在form上沒有簽名、沒有填寫基本資料，
就是附上名片，然後寫please refer to the attachment，勾選abilities的選項，以及勾選strongly recommend. recommend.那邊(當問卷在做)
但是就是在attachment(a letter)上
有親筆簽名

請問各位前輩, 這樣寄出會有任何問題嗎?
