[急問]請問申請上Baruch的同學一些財務證明及I-20發放的問題

大家好

最近申請上Baruch Flex Time Program

可是被要求要上ABE課程，所以預計7月中前往Baruch

有幾個問題想請問已經拿到I-20跟預計要上ABE課程的同學

1. 請問一下我被要求提供財務證明，除了申請時提供的相關文件要再寄一次外，學校新增一些要求，可以麻煩大家幫我看一下嗎??
In order to process your SEVIS I-20, we require the following documents:

1. Notarized Confidential Declaration and Certificate of Finance Form (CDF)
"這封信上有要求要signature of notary and dated seal of notary，可以請問一下要找誰做公證呢?"


2. Sponsor's original bank statements translated into English, not older
than 3 months and in U.S. dollar equivalent.
我知道是銀行存款證明，之前申請過了

3. A notarized sponsor's letter giving you permission to use said funds
for your educational purposes and stating HOW MUCH OF IT WILL BE USED TO
COVER YOUR EDUCATIONAL EXPENSES PER YEAR.
這應該是當初申請時附的一封家長願意幫我出錢的聲明書吧！ 是嗎?
不過這也是要公證嗎??

4. If necessary, a notarized room and board letter, along with copy of
deed, lease or rent receipt of property from the person who is providing
you with free room and board.
我目前還沒有找到住的地方，也沒有熟識的紐約朋友，可以請問一下同學是怎麼申請或是找宿舍的嗎？

5. Proof of income from your sponsor to make sure the funds will be
available for the entire length of the program, your sponsor must provide
any two of the following:

* Verification of employment on letterhead stationary. If self-employed,
income estimate by a bank or private accountant

* The most recent income tax documentation (for US citizens W2)

* Property estimate issued by the certified accountant

* Certificate of bonds or stocks

這是最難的，我可以請我爸公司提供在職證明，可是請問一下國稅局會發英文的繳稅證明嗎??請問一下各位同學是怎麼申請的啊??

另外，可以請教一下，大家都怎麼訂機票啊，還是用玉山票務系統嗎? 或者是已經有新的訂票方式了？麻煩各位大大教教我吧!!

最後，要上 ABE 的同學請問你們都幾號出發，然後都住在哪裡呢??
