Telephone Interview with Simon

Interviewer Max (not sure about last name) 30 min
He said he served in US military for 25 years before attending the Simon MBA. Now he has worked as equity analyst for 1.5 yr.

1) short term / long term goals
2) tell me about your undergrad; how do you benefit from it?
3 ) tell me about examples that you took a risk and succeed/fail (respectively); what did you learn from it?
4 ) tell me about your extra-curricular activities at undergrad and now
5) important factors about choosing a business school; why simon?
6) tell me about an example that you take a leadership role
7) tell me about your military experiences

I note the interviewer is more interested to see demonstration of leadership, so prepare leadership stories as many as possible, whether pertaining to extracurricular/work/military.

面試官是Patrick，2001年畢業的校友，
進行的方式很像聊天，大概問了：(不按順序)
why MBA
work experience
what do you think your weakness in the application of Simon
why you choose your major in college
why Simon
do you think study in the US (different culture) is an issue for you?
teamwork experience at work
other school you choose

與beegeez2不同的是，
我沒有被問到有關leadership的問題～
其實問題不只這些，
他概據我回答的內容或是對resume有不清楚的地方再延申一些問題，
但沒有回答不出來的問題，
此外他也介紹了很多rocherster當地的事物，
這方面可惜我沒有準備太多問題。
（他說我之後沒有別人所以不用在意時間限制）
