因為沒有台灣的interviewer可選
最後我match到的是在香港的Kenneth
已經準備好機票要飛過去了
請問有人給Kenneth面試過嗎?
有的話麻煩提供跟他有關的一些資訊

So far there are a few Taiwanese got offer in the first round, just they are a bit low tone.

我有搜尋到校友 不過他在HK
之前寫信給學校問有沒有辦法在台灣interview
學校回答台灣已經沒有校友可以再幫忙interview了
原本學校還要幫我安排phone interview
但是我怕phone interview的效果不好
決定還是跑一趟HK....

I've interviewed with Kenneth. He works at McKinsey and is a tough guy. The questions he asks are quite standard. Why MBA? Why Chicago? Your Personality?... Leadership examples. Make sure you prepare good questions to ask him and then it's all about chemistry. My interview lasted for only 20 mins, so I got ding. However, if you have prepared and had clear thoughts and reasoning about above questions, you're definitely in. Make sure your stories catch his attentions the first few minutes. These are some observations I made. Hope it's helpful to you.

did Kenneth literally tell you that you got ding? or just from your speculation
interview is definately the most critical part of evaluation process
but not the whole
there're still other important aspects such as consistancy with essay and motivation
and to certain extent it's not only about verbal but also body language
while of course clear thoughts and logic are the skeleton for everything
