I just coduted an interview with its Director of Admission, James Holmen, this afternoon.

The followings are the questions asked and are listed for other applicant's reference:

1. Why MBA?
2. Why Kelley?
3. How will you contribute to Kelley?
4. What will your colleagues describe you?
5. What motivates you?
6. What is your produest accomplishment?
7. Any other things admissions committee should know?
8. Take questions

James seems to be running an exact 30-mins slot for each interviewee as I spent much more time in the first few questions and then jumped to my closing.

These questions are quite specific to understand you deeper as a fit applicant!
it's pretty obviously that James is waiting for your contribution to Kelley
