[請益] 急! Employment History...派遣員工的困擾

目前正在如火如荼地準備各家學校R2的application, 對於Employment History這部分一直有個疑問:

本身目前是Adecco派遣在某IT外商的員工(contractor), 已工作近兩年半, 掛的是marketing assistant的職位, 想請問:
1) 在填寫Full-Time Employment History的Name of Organization/Employer這部分, 我應該要放Adecco, 還是此家IT外商?
2) 我需要標明自己是contractor嗎? 畢竟在很多公司當中, contractor通常是從事比較非核心的職務, 怕寫了會有扣分的效果...
3) 學校還會另外再要求附上正式的在職證明嗎?

由於contractor的身分, 手邊可以拿到的文件只會有Adecco證明派遣到此家外商的契約書, 不會有此家外商的在職證明(他們家規定就是只能給regular). 儘管看大部分學校都會說"we're more interested the impact you had had in your work place than the name or stature of your organization", 但對於這部分我還是感覺不大放心, 怕到時候需要補個什麼文件, 卻發現前後不一致...

不知板上前輩們有什麼建議?

1) Speak the truth: Adecco employee working as a contractor
2) Important thing is what you have done in your job, not the name/status of your position

If a school rejects you based on your job title and not on what you have done, it is probably not a school you will want apply anyways.

I think you can say that you work for the IT company and not Adecco, then explain your situation.

Thanks Mark! Your advice just led me to some thoughts on this again.
I just browsed through some of the on-line application forms, and wonder whether I could list my work history as follows:

Name of Organization/Employer: xxx IT company
Job Title: Marketing Assistant (Adecco Contractor)

Then I address my career progress and relevant details by directly relating to the IT company without emphasizing (or not even mentioning) being an Adecco employee (though legally speaking I am), for it is the IT company that I work daily at.

I think only this way, I could truly answer fields such as "Current Industry Category" and "Nature of Organization's/Employer's Activities" on the on-line application forms. After all, it is the IT company that I could relate to, whether it is about its business outlook or about my contribution to it.

Am I going to risk doing so, or business schools already know so well about such an employment model that I don't need to worry too much about having everything clarified?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

I don't you need to indicate Adecco contractor on your resume. You should have a 1 sentence explanation on your employment history.
